What will the newly merged company be called?
The combined entity will operate under the Vertikal6 name. Brave River will become a new division of Vertikal6, operating as “Brave River Solutions, a Vertikal6 Company.”

Jim McAssey, the President of Brave River Solutions, will remain president of the Brave River division and continue to lead Brave River. Jim’s mission, along with his leadership team, is to ensure continuity and stability, so Brave River clients can be confident you’ll still receive the same great services that you’ve come to expect from us.
How will the merger impact Brave River’s service offerings?
Brave River’s web design, digital marketing and well-established software development capability will continue as is and under the same leadership.
