Web and Ecommerce
Home Goods and Carpet Manufacturer
After working with the client to determine the best platform for their needs, we built a BigCommerce website that featured the client's catalog of 20,000 SKUs. In addition to implementing their new e-commerce site, we developed a middleware solution to integrate sales data between their SyteLine ERP platform and their website.
Government Non-profit
At the height of the COVID-19 pandemic, this non-profit relied on Brave River to quickly stand up an online portal to screen small business applicants seeking emergency funding.
Charitable Foundation
In addition to creating a visual brand and logo, we designed an interactive WordPress website for this newly formed non-profit organization that featured an encrypted online application for grant seekers. We also worked with the foundation's administration team to design the grant management workflow.

From the startup phase to up-and-running, we worked with this client to conceptualize their business brand image and put it into play with a new logo design, website launch and advertising on pay-per-click (PPC) platforms, including Google Ads. Today, the client is a vibrant and growing company that has shown exponential growth year over year as a result of their high-performance ad campaign strategy.
National Sailing Franchisor
This leader in fractional boat club franchising came to us with a brand-new WordPress website developed by a local firm. The site was so riddled with technical errors, the client began losing online visibility as soon as it went live. Google Analytics GA4 was also improperly configured, making it impossible to measure lead flow. Within four months, we fixed the issues that were preventing their site from being found on search engines and resolved the analytics errors. We now host and maintain the site, and manage SEO and Google Ads for both the corporation and its franchisees.
Renewable Energy Equipment and Solutions Contractor
This nationally known award-winning renewable energy contractor needed to increase their search engine visibility within a very niche industry and in an overly competitive Mid-Atlantic market. The client asked for “hockey stick results,” and after just over 15 months, we delivered with a 288% increase in new user traffic to their website by executing a carefully orchestrated search engine optimization (SEO) strategy.

One of the largest law firms in Rhode Island partnered with us to increase their search engine visibility and drive qualified leads to specific practice areas within the firm. By leveraging our 26+ years of search engine optimization (SEO) expertise, the firm recently referred to their new flow of inbound organic (search engine) leads as nothing short of a rebirth of the targeted departments. Our development team built a shop floor tracking system with touch screens and scanners for this defense contractor specializing in aluminum coating. The new solution drastically improves production speed and accuracy by automating all administrative functions, and it seamlessly integrates with the client's ERP system.
Online Payment Processor
Brave River has been the outsourced software development arm and co-product manager for this online payment company for over ten years. Our team collaborated with the company to design and develop the system which enables online payments and eBill processing by check or credit card. Over the last ten years, we've modernized the underlying technology of the system and have worked with our client to add new features and function. Our team provides ongoing hosting and day-to-day technical support. Today, the system securely processes payments for over 80,000 registered users.

Brave River provided an embedded development team for on-site support and enhancement of the client’s proprietary energy pricing and billing system, while helping the client build an internal development team. We continue to provide fractional CTO services.

Sailboat Maintenance and Supplies
This client was ready to graduate from their outdated non-cloud Sage ERP to a more robust cloud solution that would integrate with their warehouse management. After conducting discovery and developing an RFP, we helped them choose a platform more tailored for their vertical from the outset, thus eliminating the need for significant up-front customization. We then created a workflow to visualize and plan for key automations that now streamline their AR/AP and expedite work on the shop floor.
